This high-quality turnkey tiny house offers a modern and fully equipped living solution designed for residential, holiday accommodation, guest housing or commercial use. With generous dimensions of 10.90m x 2.90m, the unit combines contemporary design, energy-efficient construction and practical functionality in a ready-to-use modular format.
Built on a durable steel structure with anti-corrosion protection, the tiny house is constructed using insulated sandwich panel technology to provide excellent thermal performance and year-round comfort. The exterior walls and gable roof are fitted with 150mm polystyrene sandwich panels with internal wood cladding and external sheet metal finishes, while the internal partition walls use 80mm insulated panels with wood-effect surfaces.
The bright and spacious interior benefits from large glazed openings including a fully glazed aluminium double entrance door, two large aluminium sliding windows and additional PVC tilt-and-turn windows for enhanced natural light and ventilation.
The home is fully fitted internally with partition walls and interior doors according to the layout plan. Electrical installation is included as standard with lighting, double sockets, electric heaters, switches and fuse box fully pre-installed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin with vanity unit and hot water system. The kitchen area includes a sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob and fitted storage cupboards, providing a complete and practical living environment.
The insulated floor construction includes 22mm OSB boarding, laminate flooring throughout the living spaces and tiled flooring in the bathroom area.
