Manufactured in accordance with building permit requirements, the unit is constructed using an open frame modular system with exposed industrial-style finishes and a modern anthracite and silver exterior appearance.

The layout includes a separate bedroom, entrance hallway, open-plan kitchen-living area and a fully equipped bathroom, creating a functional and spacious residential environment within a compact footprint.
The walls and floors are insulated using 100mm PU thermal insulation foam, while the roof benefits from enhanced 120mm insulation for improved energy efficiency and year-round comfort.

Large double-glazed thermo windows and patio doors finished in anthracite provide excellent natural light, thermal performance and a modern architectural appearance.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with a kitchenette, wall cupboards, 2-burner ceramic hob, sink with mixer tap and refrigerator. The bathroom includes a toilet with cistern, washbasin with vanity unit, hot water boiler and massage shower with partition.

The unit also includes a complete electrical package with 15 power sockets, LED interior and exterior lighting, switches and FI-protected fuse box installation.
Heavy-duty wood and PVC flooring provides a durable and easy-to-maintain interior finish, while three electric heating convectors ensure comfortable climate control.
