The 40ft Open-Top DRY shipping container is a robust and versatile transport and storage solution specifically designed for oversized or bulky cargo that cannot be easily loaded through standard container doors. Featuring an openable roof system with either a heavy-duty tarpaulin or rigid removable roof, this container enables efficient top-loading and unloading operations using cranes or lifting equipment.
Constructed from durable Corten steel, the container offers excellent resistance to corrosion, weather conditions and heavy industrial use. Its secure and weather-resistant design makes it suitable for both transport and long-term outdoor storage applications.
The open-top configuration is particularly suitable for transporting long, heavy or irregularly shaped goods such as pipes, machinery components, construction timber, industrial equipment and agricultural machinery. The large roof opening simplifies cargo handling and significantly improves operational efficiency for oversized freight.
The roof system can be configured with either a reinforced PVC tarpaulin cover or a rigid steel roof depending on operational requirements. Both systems provide protection against weather and external elements while maintaining convenient top access when needed.
The container is equipped with lockable cargo doors to ensure secure transport and storage of goods.
