This fully insulated modular living container is a compact and versatile accommodation solution designed for residential, commercial and temporary living applications. Combining sanitary facilities, kitchenette equipment and integrated electrical systems, the unit is ideal for staff accommodation, site living quarters, guest housing, modular studios or temporary residential use.
Built with a robust welded steel frame and insulated sandwich panel construction, the container provides excellent thermal efficiency, structural durability and year-round comfort.
The interior includes a complete sanitary area with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as a mini kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, making the unit fully functional for independent daily living.
