Featuring a spacious terrace, double-glazed windows and integrated lighting systems, this modular residential unit is ideal for holiday accommodation, guest housing, leisure use or compact year-round living.
Constructed from wood with a contemporary layout, the Tiny House offers a bright and quiet interior environment thanks to its full double-glazing system and insulated structure. The large terrace area extends the living space outdoors and is equipped with wall-mounted lighting, ceiling LED strips and electrical connections for additional convenience.
The living room includes a kitchenette area with storage cupboard and benefits from two tilt-and-turn windows providing natural light and ventilation. The separate bedroom offers comfortable sleeping accommodation within a compact yet functional layout.
The tiled bathroom is pre-configured with all required utility connections already installed and includes a tilt-and-turn window. Final bathroom assembly remains to be completed, allowing flexibility for custom finishing if desired.
The entire interior is fitted with various LED lighting systems, creating a modern and energy-efficient atmosphere throughout the unit.
Access is provided through a secure exterior entrance door fitted with a cylinder lock and matching keys. A fixed 400V exterior electrical connection is installed at the rear of the structure.
