It outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds may be issued in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

VCW INC LTD is committed to supplying products that correspond to the agreed specifications and are of satisfactory quality.

If a container or product does not conform to the sales agreement, quotation or product description, the Customer must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

4. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer and not in the course of business, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
