The barrier trailer is a practical and efficient transport solution designed for the rapid deployment and secure storage of crowd control barriers. Ideal for events, public safety operations, roadworks, festivals and traffic management, this trailer allows barriers to be transported safely and installed quickly wherever needed.
Designed for mobility and operational efficiency, the trailer can accommodate up to 70 crowd control barriers with 14 bars each. For road safety compliance, the total number of barriers transported must remain within the maximum authorised gross vehicle weight rating of 2,000kg.
The trailer is built on a durable twin-axle braked chassis with a robust V-shaped drawbar for improved towing stability. The hot-dip galvanised steel chassis provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability, making it suitable for intensive outdoor and commercial use.
Barriers are loaded from the rear onto a dedicated storage platform and secured using the supplied ratchet straps for safe transport. The trailer also features removable handrails and a strong 15mm wooden floor for added practicality and durability.
Fitted with 175 R14C wheels and a telescopic Ø60 jockey wheel, the trailer offers stable towing performance and easy manoeuvrability. The coupling system can be specified with either a ball hitch or towing ring depending on operational requirements.
