The 40ft HQ Luxury Residential Container is a premium modular accommodation solution designed for residential living, staff housing, holiday accommodation or on-site lodging. Built within a high-cube 40-foot container structure, this model offers two fully independent living spaces, each equipped with its own private bathroom and integrated facilities.
Designed for comfort, practicality and rapid installation, the unit is delivered with pre-installed utility connections for water, electricity and drainage, allowing quick and straightforward setup on site.
Each living area includes a private bathroom fitted with shower, toilet, washbasin with vanity storage cabinet and bathroom accessories. The bathrooms are equipped with double-glazed tilt-and-turn windows in aluminum frames for ventilation and natural light, along with electric ceiling fans, 230V power outlets and durable interior finishes.
The living spaces are designed for modern comfort and functionality, featuring integrated kitchen units with storage space, sliding windows and additional double-glazed tilt-and-turn windows in aluminum frames. Multiple 230V sockets with USB charging ports, ceiling lighting and durable vinyl flooring with skirting boards are included throughout the interior.
Constructed as a High Cube container model, the structure provides additional interior height and improved living comfort compared to standard container units.
